Project Progress by Phase: Excelling in Execution

Even the most entry-level project managers can usually recite the five phases of a project. Unfortunately, we often receive projects that have skipped a phase (or two) or at least did not take advantage of the key benefits of each phase.

We will spend five lunch meetings the individual phases. We will recap the “what should happen,” lament the “what gets missed,” and share best practices and course-correction tips. We hope you can join us for each month – but if not, we hope you will pop in for the phases where you or your teams need the most support!

On August 27th we continue with the 3rd of our five-part series – “Project Progress by Phase: Excelling in Execution".
