We have had an influx of members asking about the benefits of PMP certification, a roadmap to achieve it successfully, and its value in the current workforce. While there is only one PMP certification, there are multiple ways to get there, and our members have all taken a very personal path to achieve the certification. This session is intended to offer resources and reasons for working toward the PMP pinnacle – or maybe even an additional certification. If you have your PMP, bring your experience….if you are seeking it, bring a notebook!

This month, we have a panel of experts discussing the impact of cybersecurity in our projects. Just as project managers were at the forefront of talking about adding organizational change and risk plans and such into project work – we have the opportunity to lead our projects to safer paths through increased cybersecurity planning. We are taking some small bites into this topic by considering what we need to know about risks, how do we strongly encourage good planning, and who are the experts to look for as SMEs?

This session will cover the first 168 pages of the book in one of our discussion-prompt style sessions.
