Join us on our new day for 2020 – Thursday – starting with 13 February, to exercise your negotiation skills. The meeting will consist of exercises [fun games] to determine your methods of negotiation under a variety of circumstances [rules]. Each will be followed with a brief discussion including how the groups performed, why the groups chose their negotiation methods, and how each applies to project management.
