DESCRIPTION:In the first months of 2020 our typical meeting structure and f
 ormat has almost completely moved to a virtual environment. Many of us had
  prior experience with virtual meetings\, but perhaps not to the extent we
  have today. We may be realizing that leading and participating in virtual
  meetings is more of a challenge than we would have expected. So let’s s
 pend this morning considering 4 components of virtual meetings that we can
  improve on with a little awareness and some practice.
