“A New Decade of Teams – Completing Projects from a Previous
Decade

Facilitator: Jana Bott, PMP

It’s the start of a new year – a new decade – and likely some new projects! There are also likely some old
projects, am I right? With every project comes a team given the task of successfully completing it and the
task of every project manager to both organize the work and motivate that team to the end. Let’s kick off
2020 with some successful motivation strategies! We will split our time into three rapid fire discussions:
1. Team psychology to help maintain momentum
2. Tools to maintain momentum
3. Ways a PMO can support teams
Bring your lunch and join us!
