When does a change need to be managed? Are all changes managed utilizing the same process? Who decides? These and other questions regarding change management will be open for discussion. Please be prepared to share your experiences and opinions regarding change management; what worked to what was a disaster.

Improving Requirements Gathering

At the February JC PM Meet-Up Angie and Sam will present on the topic of Improving Requirements Gathering. They will discuss the importance of good requirements gathering and the correlation to project success. They will also walk through ideas they have used to improve requirement gathering. Then the discussion will be opened up for attendees to discuss what has worked and not worked for them in the past as well as new ideas to try.
