July 2020 - Morning PM Network – PMs in the AM – Improving our Virtual Meetings

In the first months of 2020 our typical meeting structure and format has almost completely moved to a virtual environment. Many of us had prior experience with virtual meetings, but perhaps not to the extent we have today. We may be realizing that leading and participating in virtual meetings is more of a challenge than we would have expected. So let’s spend this morning considering 4 components of virtual meetings that we can improve on with a little awareness and some practice.

July 2020 Rolla PM Network – Program Start-Up

The Mid-Missouri Chapter is excited to hold this first meeting to introduce ourselves to the Rolla area project managers! After several months of planning and evaluating feedback provided by area project managers, we’re ready to meet up (virtually) and discuss what we can do together to strengthen project management knowledge and skills. We hope to get to know our Rolla Project Managers better through this event, and we anticipate this will be the first of many lively discussions to follow.
