November 2020 - Evening PM Network – Ten Years of ChangeOn 03 November 2010, a group from the Mid-Missouri Chapter gathered to discuss and organize the PMO Forum Network. Our early topics included, types of PMOs, how to staff a PMO, and authority vs responsibility. Now we discuss being remote and exercising our negotiation skills. Please join us for my final meeting as the facilitator to discuss how the focus of the PMO has changed over the past 10 years. Please note – this is a virtual meeting.
