December 2020 - Lunch PM Network – Tips and Technique from the PMBOK Agile Practice GuideOur last five meetings focused on a back-to-basics review of the five PMBOK process groups and gave shared insight to best practices where our projects aren’t taking advantage of the key tools and inputs of each group or phase. To round out 2020, we are going to do a similar look at the PMBOK 6: Agile Practice Guide. In addition to a good review of some agile basics – we want to share tips for overcoming sticky spots and incorporating agile tools in traditional projects to keep moving our organizations toward the best possible outcomes.
