March 2022 - PMs in the AM - Protecting What Matters Most - Part IIProject Managers today face cyber security vulnerabilities at an increasing rate; therefore, they must be proactive and learn what to look for and how to help prevent critical cyber security challenges before they happen. This first of a two-part session provides insight into best practices to assist project management professionals in addressing cyber security challenges and threats to navigate the challenging waters of security vulnerabilities that may exist when managing projects. You’ll gain a high-level understanding of cyber security-related policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning, as well as how to navigate through breaches or incidents and avoid similar vulnerabilities within your projects. CANCELLED - March 2022 - Chapter Volunteer AppreciationThis annual event is dedicated to thank our chapter members who volunteered throughout 2021. The program will include recognition of each individual's contribution to the chapter. In addition, we will honor the volunteer selected by our chapter leadership to receive the Frank Cox Volunteer of the Year Award, which is awarded to a volunteer that has gone over and above the expected volunteer role. A meal will be served during the program. We encourage each volunteer to attend, along with other members who want to join us in thanking our chapter's supporters during this lively and fun-filled evening. |
