May 2023 - PMs in the AM - Understanding Your Team

We all strive to work well with others and to make our teams successful.  Therefore, it is very beneficial to learn not only about our individual strengths but the strengths of our team members as well so that we can better engage with them and drive toward greater performance on our projects. During this session, we will explore three specific tools that will help us better understand our teams and build stronger team dynamics and better collaboration among team members: 1) CliftonStrengths Finder, 2) Lencioni's Working Genius, and 3) Customer Leadership Survey.

Grab your coffee and breakfast and plan to join us online. A link to the virtual meeting will be provided on registration.

 

May 2023 - Social Happy Hour

If you are itching to connect with your fellow project-minded peers in real life, the wait is over! We are hosting our first social happy hour for current and prospective members to engage, socialize and network with one another.

Light appetizers will be provided. Drinks are at your own expense.

This social happy hour will immediately precede our annual volunteer appreciation dinner, which begins at 6pm. If you are interested in sticking around for dinner, please register for both this Social Happy Hour and the separate Volunteer Appreciation dinner.

May 2023 - Chapter Volunteer Appreciation

D. Rowe’s Restaurant

This annual event is dedicated to thank our chapter members who volunteered throughout 2022.  The program will include recognition of each individual's contribution to the chapter.  In addition, we will honor the volunteer selected by our chapter leadership to receive the Frank Cox Volunteer of the Year Award, which is awarded to a volunteer that has gone over and above the expected volunteer role.  A meal will be served during the program.

We encourage each volunteer to attend, along with other members who want to join us in thanking our chapter's supporters during this lively and fun-filled evening.
