July 2023 - Lunch PM Network – SUMMER READ: Radical Candor, Part Two

As promised to this group – we are trying a summer book club! This book choice is meant to inspire the readers in our group and encourage those who have a hard time picking up a book without incentive (BONUS – you will get two Power Skills PDUs in addition to the credit for reading). This session will cover the last 168 pages of the book in one of our discussion-prompt style sessions. We hope this book and discussion leave us with new soft skills intended to help us be kind, clear and direct with our teams and those we lead. “Radical Candor is about caring personally and challenging directly, about soliciting criticism to improve your leadership and also providing guidance that helps others grow.”
