Project Managers today face cyber security vulnerabilities at an increasing rate; therefore, they must be proactive and learn what to look for and how to help prevent critical cyber security challenges before they happen.  This first of a two-part session provides insight into best practices to assist project management professionals in addressing cyber security challenges and threats to navigate the challenging waters of security vulnerabilities that may exist when managing projects. You’ll gain a high-level understanding of cyber security-related policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning, as well as how to navigate through breaches or incidents and avoid similar vulnerabilities within your projects.
