This three-hour course provides insight into best practices to assist project management professionals in addressing cybersecurity challenges and threats to navigate the challenging waters of security vulnerabilities that may exist when managing projects. You’ll gain a high-level understanding of cybersecurity-related policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning, as well as how to navigate through breaches or incidents and avoid similar vulnerabilities within your projects.
