Most Project Managers are familiar with Organizational Change Management (OCM) concepts and understand the value, but it's rare that a dedicated OCM Lead is brought in early or consistently. The good news is that anyone can do Change Management, and everyone should do Change Management. In this session, we  will walk through some basic tools that any PM can inject into the Project Management Lifecycle to help ensure user adoption and subsequent ROI on your projects.

We all strive to work well with others and to make our teams successful.  Therefore, it is very beneficial to learn not only about our individual strengths but the strengths of our team members as well so that we can better engage with them and drive toward greater performance on our projects. During this session, we will explore three specific tools that will help us better understand our teams and build stronger team dynamics and better collaboration among team members: 1) CliftonStrengths Finder, 2) Lencioni's Working Genius, and 3) Customer Leadership Survey.

If you are itching to connect with your fellow project-minded peers in real life, the wait is over! We are hosting our first social happy hour for current and prospective members to engage, socialize and network with one another.

Light appetizers will be provided. Drinks are at your own expense.
