August 2020 - Lunch PM Network – Project Progress by Phase: Excelling in ExecutionEven the most entry-level project managers can usually recite the five phases of a project. Unfortunately, we often receive projects that have skipped a phase (or two) or at least did not take advantage of the key benefits of each phase. We will spend five lunch meetings the individual phases. We will recap the “what should happen,” lament the “what gets missed,” and share best practices and course-correction tips.
